CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR A CONSULTANCY TO DESIGN A GENDER AND YOUTH MAINSTREAMING FRAMEWORK
The Agricultural Council of Tanzania (ACT) is executing the 2nd Phase of Tanzania Agricultural Partnership (TAP) National Rollout Programme. The goal of TAP II is to contribute to the nation’s zeal to improved food security and poverty reduction through commercially oriented activities and investments.
Acknowledging the importance of women and youth in the development of the agricultural sector and the rural economy, TAP is looking for a Gender Specialist to design and develop a gender and youth mainstreaming framework which would enable these special groups to participate effectively in the implementation of TAP programme. This is one of the cross-cutting issues planned to be implemented in 29 districts where TAP is operating.
