On 26th and 27th January 2017 Tanzania hosted Agritech Expo. This is a professional farming exhibition managed by Spintelligent based in South Africa, whereas host organizations are Agricultural Council of Tanzania – ACT and Tanzania Horticultural Association – TAHA.
On 14th and 15th December 2016 ACT conducted two important events in its calendar of activities. The first day was devoted to the Annual Policy Workshop which attracted over 80 participants who deliberated on major issues impacting the development of the agricultural sector.

On 8th March 2016 Tanzania Private Sector Foundation organised a meeting with one agenda, to elect its cluster chairpersons. TPSF is made of 10 clusters: Agriculture, manufacturing and industry, trade and commerce, extractive industries and energy, tourism and natural resources, banking and financial services, ordinary services, regional business associations, women sector, Zanzibar PSO apex body.
