Victor El-Nshau is a Agricultural development practitioner and NGO Chief Executive Officer for the past 20 years. Between 1991 – March 1996 he joined Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania, Northen Diocese in the capacity of a Farm Manager at Karatu Lutheran Estate.
Between March 1996 – Nov. 2005 he joined Laela Agricultural Centre (LAC) in Sumbawanga district, Rukwa region in the capacity of Manager of the centre. In November 2005 to present he became the Executive Director of Actions for Development Programmes – Mbozi (ADP-Mbozi).
Mr victor has participated in more than 10 end of phase evaluations of various projects since 1997 to-date. He has wide practical experience in conducting baseline survey and Resource mobilization.
Between 1983 – 1988 Mr Victor pursued B.Sc. Agric. Engineering at Sokoine University of Agriculture
and between 2003 – 2005 he pursued M.Sc. in Community Economic Development at Open University of Tanzania & Southern New Hampshire University.
