Dr. Sinare is a professional veterinarian with wide and varied experience in both clinical and surgical work. He has also experience in veterinary consultancy, livestock and animal health extension, business management and leadership of NGO’s and other civil groups. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Veterinary Clinician of VETCARE Ltd which is a private company engaged in provision of Veterinary clinical and surgical services, Veterinary Consultancy, animal health delivery projects and wholesale and retailing of veterinarian products and animal health products. Dr Sinare chairs the ACT board and was recently elected as a Director to the SACAU Board. He is a passionate livestock keeper
