Hidra A. Mwaikambo
Field OfficerHidra is a Graduate from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) possessing a Bachelor degree of Science in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness (2015). ACT initially hired Hydra as a Field Officer in 2017, his sole responsibility was to execute projects involving Agricultural stakeholders such as Input companies, Farmers, Agro dealers, and financial institutions. Similarly, he formed and managed the consortium cluster of processors and enabled producers and off-takers to access regional markets through the PiATA TIJA TANZANIA system funded by AGRA Prior to joining ACT in 2017, Hidra used to work as a Monitoring, evaluation and Social capital development Intern with Heifer Project International under the East Africa Dairy development project (EADD II). Hidra’s professional skills include agri-business projects appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, social researches and studies, community development, agricultural and rural finance, private sector development and divestiture of agricultural state-owned enterprises, agricultural policies and strategies development.
